Cancellation before Delivery

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been delivered, please contact us immediately at +39 06 482 5176. Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not been dispatched for delivery. In such a case, we will issue a full refund in the original payment method.

Returns after Delivery

Given the perishable nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a product that is not up to your satisfaction, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, we can provide a replacement or a refund.

Incorrect Orders
